These terms govern use of the Fekra Production System ("the Platform"), an internal production-management tool operated by Fekra Filmz for coordinating its film and video productions.

1. Access

Access is by invitation only and is limited to Fekra Filmz staff and to crew, cast, and vendors engaged on a production. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone and account secure.

2. Acceptable use

Use the Platform only for legitimate production coordination.
Do not share other people's personal, contract, or financial information outside its intended purpose.
Do not attempt to access data or finance information beyond your assigned role.

3. Messaging

By registering your phone number you agree to receive operational WhatsApp and SMS messages (login codes, invites, and production notifications) from Fekra Filmz. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Content

Production materials you contribute (scenes, call sheets, notes, etc.) are the property of Fekra Filmz and the relevant production, and may be used for the purposes of delivering that production.

5. Availability

The Platform is provided "as is" for internal operational use. We may update, suspend, or modify features at any time.
